Data we collect

When you fill in the quote request form, we receive the data you enter: name, company name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, pickup location, and details of the waste type and volume.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.

How we use it

Your data is used only to contact you, prepare a quote, and deliver the services you request. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Storage and third parties

Form data is stored in our content management system and forwarded to our internal email through an email delivery service. These providers process the data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers store and process data on servers located outside Indonesia. We only use providers that apply an equal or higher level of data protection, in line with the rules on transferring personal data in Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

We keep the data for as long as needed for quotations and our business relationship, and delete it when no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to the email below and we will follow up within a reasonable time.
